Summer Terms and ConditionsReservation availability/requests may be made any time via email to bruditsky@yahoo.com. The home is rented in weekly segments, arriving on Saturday after 3PM, and departing the following Saturday by 10AM. Partial weeks/weekends may be available. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The total balance and a $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/refunds are not possible unless we are able to rent the house to another party for similar fees during your reserved time period.
