Summer Terms and Conditions

Reservation availability/requests may be made any time via email to bruditsky@yahoo.com. The home is rented in weekly segments, arriving on Saturday after 3PM, and departing the following Saturday by 10AM. Partial weeks/weekends may be available. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The total balance and a $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/refunds are not possible unless we are able to rent the house to another party for similar fees during your reserved time period. Your security deposit will be happily refunded in10 business days, pending house and property inspection, inventory, lease compliance and prompt departure.

All rates are based on a weekly rental
12 person maximum occupancy
Smoking is prohibited.

Off Season Weekend Terms and Conditions.

During the off-season, the home is rented in minimum WEEKLY segments, arriving after 4PM, and departing by 10AM. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The total balance and a $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/refunds are not possible unless we are able to rent the house to another party for similar fees during your reserved time period. Your security deposit will be happily refunded in10 business days, pending house and property inspection, inventory, lease compliance and prompt departure.
